Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan (Business at $97/mo, Agency at $297/mo, or Unlimited at $497/mo), we collect payment details through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Brand & Campaign Data: When you use Brand Brain, Campaign Chat, or AI ad generation features, we collect the business information, brand assets, audience descriptions, voice and tone preferences, and campaign content you provide to deliver our AI-powered ad creation services.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with AdLaunch, including campaigns created, ads generated, features used (such as Brand Brain, Campaign Chat, AI copy generation, and AI image generation), and Meta ad account connections.

Device & Log Data: We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and access timestamps for security and analytics purposes.

Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you product updates, ad strategy tips, and feature announcements.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the AdLaunch platform, including Brand Brain profiles, Campaign Chat, AI ad copy generation, AI image generation, and Meta ad launching
• Process your subscription payments and manage your account
• Enforce usage limits based on your plan (e.g., brand limits, campaign limits)
• Connect and manage your Meta ad account(s) for campaign launching to Facebook and Instagram
• Manage white-label portal integrations, client seat provisioning, and agency features for Agency and Unlimited plan users
• Power MCP server connections to third-party AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Manus) when enabled by you
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing receipts)
• Send marketing communications if you have opted in (newsletter, product updates)
• Improve and optimize the Service based on usage patterns
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the platform, including payment processors, email delivery services, hosting providers, and analytics tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Meta Platforms: When you connect your Meta ad account and launch campaigns, we transmit your campaign data (ad copy, images, targeting parameters) to Meta's advertising platform on your behalf. This data is then subject to Meta's own privacy policies.

White-Label Agency Partners: If you use AdLaunch through a white-label agency partner, your agency administrator may have access to your account activity within their branded instance. The agency sets their own pricing and branding, but your data is still governed by this Privacy Policy.

MCP Server Connections: If you enable the built-in MCP server, your AdLaunch data may be accessed by third-party AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Manus) that you connect. You control which tools have access, and we do not share your data with these tools without your explicit connection.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. AI-Generated Content

AdLaunch uses artificial intelligence to generate ad copy, images, and campaign strategies based on inputs you provide (business descriptions, brand assets, audience information). The AI models are trained on aggregated advertising data. Your individual brand data and campaign content are not used to train our AI models or shared with other users. AI-generated content created for your account belongs to you.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your session and remember your preferences
• Analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
• Support A/B testing of website features
• Track conversions and marketing attribution via Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data (including brands, campaigns, and generated content) is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted. Usage logs and analytics data may be retained in anonymized form for longer periods.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing, and access controls. Meta ad account connections use OAuth tokens and are never stored in plaintext. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
