Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdLaunch (the "Service"), operated at adlaunch.com and os.adlaunch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AdLaunch ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

AdLaunch is a competitor ad intelligence platform designed for local businesses, digital marketing agencies, and GoHighLevel (GHL) resellers. The Service provides access to a curated library of over 35,000 ads across 143 niche categories organized into 16 master niche groups. Features include ad browsing and discovery, detailed ad views with intelligence data, lead form question extraction, full video transcriptions, variant tracking, ad type classification, funnel breakdowns, landing page views, full ad copy access, the AI Cheat Code generator, save and organize functionality, and GoHighLevel white-label integration.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account at os.adlaunch.com. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

AdLaunch offers the following plans:

Free Plan ($0/month): Includes access to 1 local industry group, 5 detailed ad views per day, saving up to 10 ads, first lead form question revealed, ad scoring (Beta), monthly new ad releases, and growth hub access.

Ad Pro Plan ($129/month): Includes access to 2 local industry groups, 100 detailed ad views per day, unlimited saves and custom folders, all lead form questions revealed, full video transcriptions, funnel breakdowns and landing pages, AI Cheat Code generator, GoHighLevel white-label and client seats, and priority support.

Agency White-Label: Available to Ad Pro subscribers. Allows you to rebrand AdLaunch under your own name and resell to clients at your own price through GoHighLevel integration.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at os.adlaunch.com. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. After that period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your saved ads and folders will be retained for 90 days, after which data exceeding Free plan limits may be deleted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or systematically download ad data for the purpose of building a competing product or database
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits (daily ad views, save limits, etc.)
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display content from the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems

7. Intellectual Property

The AdLaunch platform, including its design, features, curation methodology, niche categorization system, scoring algorithms, and AI Cheat Code technology, is the intellectual property of AdLaunch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The advertising content displayed on AdLaunch is sourced from publicly available ad libraries. AdLaunch does not claim ownership of third-party ad creatives. Our value lies in the curation, categorization, intelligence extraction, and analysis we provide.

8. AI Cheat Code Feature

The AI Cheat Code feature generates custom AI prompts based on patterns found in your saved ads. These prompts are designed to be used with third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. AdLaunch does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of content generated by third-party AI tools using our prompts. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any AI-generated content in compliance with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.

9. GoHighLevel White-Label Terms

If you use the GoHighLevel white-label feature, you may rebrand the AdLaunch platform with your own logo, domain, and name, and resell access to your clients at a price you determine. You are responsible for your client relationships, billing, and support. You agree not to misrepresent the capabilities of the Service to your clients.

AdLaunch reserves the right to suspend white-label access if we determine that it is being used in a way that harms the reputation of the Service or violates these Terms.

10. Affiliate Program

AdLaunch offers an affiliate program allowing users to earn up to 30% recurring commission on referrals. Participation requires at least a free AdLaunch account. Affiliate commissions are subject to our Affiliate Program Terms, which may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, spam, or misleading promotion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any ad data will remain available indefinitely. Ad content in the library may be updated, rotated, or removed as part of our regular curation process.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdLaunch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdLaunch and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
